It's Andrew Merrifield,NPA Mr. Yorkshire.A lifetime natural bodybuilder who,almost unbelievably,weighed in at less then 70 KG (154 lb) for the show at maybe 5 ft 5 in tall.

Naturals don't need diuretics as they don't hold as much water as 'assisted' bb's-maybe some vit C or dandelion tea.It's just a case of water,sodium and carb manipulation-of course,you need very low bodyfat levels or it won't make any difference
