You are clearly just a few short years away from taking your rightful place atop the bodybuilding universe. How do you do it? Is it all genetics or is it your superior routine and work ethic combined with your unparalleled knowledge of nutrition?

Please, let us all know. You could benefit the whole world with your incredible knowledge.

Why did you nuke Jaejonna's thread about Chick stepping down? It was clearly gossip and his opinion. Given that this is teh Gossip & Opinion board it fit perfectly.

I obviously disagree.

No substance to it, so moved to the V board where it's more lenient in that regard.

What's the point in CREATING a rumor without no ground, not even hearsay (hearsay BTW, I believe is good enough for starting whatever in general)?

Alexxx is God's greatest gift to humanity and he will go down as the greatest bodybuilder / ___________ (insert whatever he chooses to do) in history. Anyone to whom this is not easily apparent should put the crack pipe down. So there  8)

I was thinking crazy cause of the carb depletion, i agree sending it to its watery grave..it was actually bait to see if Chick would respond or jsut delete it.... but i did hear that from a reliable undercover IFBB pro in the know.... the crying and tears were merely an exageration of fact..kinda like arnold tell us that his dad died and he didnt go home for the funeral

How could I miss this thread?? Brings great joy and energy for me to keep reaching for what is my destiny! I am currently writting everything down as far as training goes and always keep my diet clean. Gonna make a nutritional journal soon. Once I start the process of taking over every competition title and the best men on earth award, I will surely write all my thoughts down as to what works best.

Thank you for your continued support and my fanbase is growing at a rapid speed. ;D

Alexxx I apologize for making fun of you in the past.  The fact is I'm very jealous of your incredible muscle thickness and low body fat.  I couldn't believe you were natural when you posted your pictures so I got angry because you have 30 times more muscle than me and 0.0000000000000000001% body fat.

Its a gimmick insofar that it is an exaggerated personality.

It is getting old though, there isn't a lot of substance to it any more.
