He probably stopped posting because sarcasm was on his jock.  Jay seems like a stand up guy, but I'm sure even he gets a little homophobic.

No one likes getting negative comments and saying "Oh you need a thick skin to be able to stand it here" is ridiculous.  Maybe if Pros were treated better, they would participate in conversations more, ever think of that?

Playing nice isn't super-entertaining.  I visit other boards and it's like reading a textbook.  The same pleasantries, the same compliments, and same way they tiptoe around controversial issues.

Getbig is like watching open mic night at a comedy club next to a gym.  guys stop in, most are douchebags, some are cool, and you get some hilarious stuff sometimes.

I mean, how many times a day do you bust out laughing at mayhem?

You could compare it to the tyrant vs. freedom issue.

At Mayhem, things are safer, but you have to deal with controlled information, moderator agendas, and members are not free.

Af GetBig, it's more dangerous, but the info comes free, mods have nothing to sell or push, and people are free.

When Jay was posting here people kissed his ass just as if it was mayhem.  I made constructive criticisms as did some others - key word being constructive.

If he can't handle comments like that, he has no business being here.

I'll say it again, I think he stopped posting here because he's too busy.  I'm sure he has more important things to do than post on a message board.
Exactly you gave constructive criticisms to one of the best bodybuilders in the world, that's like telling bonds how to swing the bat, Lance how to pedal, and Shaq how to dribble, I think Jay knows how to train and prep his body he was here to promote himself and touch base with fans. Not take advise bro.

I bust out laughing every time I see the Ronnie hooked on phonics  interview ;D

You have to love the way Christina Dugdale said "You're treading on thin ice" when someone asked if Mark's sauce was prescribed or not.

umm...umm....answer the damn question maybe?  ???

Thats the stoooopidest question that you can ask a pro.
Especially considering the current atmosphere in this country.

We have the Freakin' congress going after Barry Bonds.. The CONGRESS !!!
ANd it looks like they won't stop until somebody takes a fall.

His personal trainer just was put in jail over this. And you ignorant - disrespectful wimps
actually proffer these questions.

Too many Get-Biggers think it's all about the juice. The answer is GENETICS...

It's about both.

I just love how apologists try to minimize the role of drugs in the sport.  All you have to do is take a look at a few pics of your average pro eight or ten months after retirement to understand how much the IFBB is "the house that gear built".  ::)

jay thought all the getbiggers would worship him ( you should be mr. o, blah, blah, blah). when the armchair judges pointed out his obvious flaws, his inflated self esteem forced him to turn tail and run.
lee is by far one of the best of the pros to come here and post. never seems interested in being spoon fed bullshit.
if i'm wrong jay can always post and set the record straight. ANY pro can come here and handle their business. some think the pros "business" makes them too important to converse with us " little people"
gentlemen we are waiting...

there is a huge difference between the king and jay.
king needs to stay in contact with his fan base or he will lose it and thats about all he has. jay most likely has a busy training schedule, guest posing, and his law suit. placing well at shows, guest posing, etc is how he keeps his fanbase
everyone always says why even train if you going to finish 2nd? well he obviously doesn't have that mental, and you can't when you compete. you always play to win, and you can't play to win if you think you're going to lose. he will most likely lose again fairly or not, but if doesn't play to win he may not even get 2nd. he has made a pretty nice carrear out of 2nd place finishes at the O, so i say why the f@ck not.

What you don't understand is that certain people RESPOND TREMENDOUSLY to juice, while others don't.

The Genetically gifted respond Tremendously to juice.  I have used my share of AAS in my life.  They helped me win a local title, and they did ALOT for me. BUT, the huge explosion of muscle mass that I assumed would happen to Me  never did.  I could give the SAME AMOUNT of juice to an IFBB pro and somebody else. The IFBB pro would EXPLODE, while most of the population would only see moderate gains.

Why would you assume that everybody responds the same to juice in the first place ??

Most pro's acquire 80% of their lifetime size in the first 4  years of training.  I have been training for 20 years,
while using juice for 4 years.. Guess what ?  There aint gonna be no size explosion for me, even if I upped the dosages.

Thats just the way it is..

How many people can jump as high as Michael Jordan or Steve Francis ??

If it is so easy to be Mr. Olympia-then go ahead and get yourself some gas, go get ALOT of gas.
Then come back and tell me when you will make your pro debut...NEVER.

No dis-respect to you, because honestly-I used to think the same thing.

Eddie Robinson grew up at the gym that I train at in Largo Florida.  There was a large group of people
that all juiced at that gym at the same time, and they all hung out together. They were a click that all got their juice from the same people. All these guys were using roughly the same amount of juice.

Howcome it was only EDDIE Robinson that grew to TWICE the size of everyone else ?

When you combine AAS with people that are "Genetically gifted" to respond to juice,
is when you see the science projects that we have all come to love..
