A Little FYI about my "monster" client. He's came along way in a short time, he's 55 a lifetime epileptic on two different meds that effects his equal Librium and motor skills, before he couldn't do a squat with his bodyweight without damn near falling on his face. That picture shows he's came light years compared to before. His progress is something to be proud of!

I'd say that bodybuilding in its pure form is genetics and hard training, enhanced by drugs of course.

Of course nowadays people think that being a top pro is just a matter of taking enough of the right drugs. But that's not true, as thousands of drugged-up wannabes in gyms around the world will attest.
