NO one has toneys symmetry and he is very muscled, very.

wow, I did not realize this guy was that old! Where has he been all these years?

Honestly, who out there can live up to Coleman short of this guy? Cutler is NOT mr. O material. His back is not Mr. O material. Dexter is way too small, it would be a joke to go from Coleman to Jackson as Mr. O. Martinez has the best back of the bunch, but he's ruined his physique with synthol and never comes in super sharp, Gunter has the size, but his quads looks torn....

i was right behind the guy doing the video camera(couldnt get closer i would be sitting with the judges).

im thinking about taking a year off,doing the WPB show again ...and trying to come in as a super heavyweight!

Mike, rule of thumb is if you are going to be in a weight class you want to come in at the top. In your case you either come in at 224 making you a Hvywght or come in like 235 or so and be superhvy

hmmmmm.........im 6 ft 2" i think i need to be in the superheavyweight class
but realistically i don't see that happening since i wan't to be shredded
ill prolly be at the top of the heavyweight class this 2007 ( i hope!)
instead of being the lightest heavyweight like i was this year.................... .....
