First off I have never ever said I bodybuild.  I lifted to get strong cause of the sport I competed in.  I am 6'1" and weighed 300 in this pic.  I did not diet at all.  I ate what I wanted when I wanted and I loved it.  The reason I never wanted to be a BB is because I do like to eat.  I did diet for one year back in 1980 or so.  I hated it.  I may not be ripped to shreads like you, but at 300 I was solid and hard as anyone.  And I could play all sports.  In fact at that weight I played "B" racquetball tournaments and occasionally "A".  I did snap my achilles tendon playing in a tournament in LA in 1993.  So, I will take my body and physical ability back then to just about any BB's.
