i lift to get STRONGER. grip strength is the main goal of my training. I couldn't really give a shit about the beach, diets, etc...
can you flip a 45lb plate? Close a CoC#3, curl over 200lbs for reps, flips an 880lb tyre for 3 sets of 5? If so, then i have respect for you.
