I was reading this months issue of MD, in Dexter's Columb someone asked him about grips and it got me thinking. I Don"t even think about it, i just grab the bar. on lots of back excersises i use a thumbless grip and deads i always do both hands over as long as i can. on bench I always use my thumbs but some say not too so it keeps your wrists straight.....what do you guys think?
