I used to do 62kg bells (I think that's a couple of pounds under 140) for 20 reps on incline. That's the heaviest the gym had but if I were to speculate I'd have done 140s for 20 reps flat pretty easy.

That's very very rare for a good bodybuilder.  I've seen guys like Chris Confessore use weights like that, but he also has bench press records in many divisions including a 720 or so personal best.  I also saw Lee Priest, while training with my friend Mike, incline 180's or so I believe.  He's is very strong and handled them better than a lot of BB at golds...so yes, 200 are very, very strong.

now the next question?
For those of you whom claim you do those weights, do you use a FULL range of motion or Colemanesque?

is coleman that bad - he didnt lock out all the way, he was pumping the weight. I personally dont see what was wrong.

There is nothing wrong with the way he pumps those DBs...if you try it, you will see that it actually makes the lift more difficult and keeps constant tension on the muscle.

It's more like he doesn't go all the way down.

coleman goes all the way down but alot of people dont. i hate watching guys on barbell bench stop 5-6 inches away from there chest, i agree you dont have to touch your chest. i prefer to. but at least go closer

Well the plates get in the way but still not as deep as it could be. If the handles were attached to a bar it would be 3 inches from the chest.

i saw a guy with the 110,s going about 4 inches down then going back up,i thought maybe hes doing partials but i found out he just does all his exercises like that, when he squats he goes 3 inches down then bang hes right back up,some people just dont have a clue man and its ashame.go lighter if you have to but get the full range of motion for the best growth

every gym has them, what particularly annoys me are the ones doing the 2 inch reps and beiong spotted aswell!
