nope...ive done the 140's for 6 before...but nothing over that....

nah, I usually do flat barbell presses for warmups.

i warm up with the 60,s then go right to the 140,s for 8 reps or so on flats

i did the 100s ONCE for like 3 reps on the flat DB press.  My bones hurt for like 2 weeks.  never really go above the 80s now.  Do it after flat and incline BP.

There are only a very few at my gym who ever go near the 140s.  I've never seen anyone touch the 180s

i do the 120s for 4 on my max on flat db bench, i use the 110s on incline for 6-8

Got 150's for a couple once. Like 240 said things hurt but not in a good way. Those days are over I'm a 10-12 rep man these days.
