Flat pressed dumbells bigger than the 140's - unassisted for say 4-6 reps.
nah, I usually do flat barbell presses for warmups.
better stay out of the gym all together, your bones might hurt
i did the 100s ONCE for like 3 reps on the flat DB press. My bones hurt for like 2 weeks. never really go above the 80s now. Do it after flat and incline BP. There are only a very few at my gym who ever go near the 140s. I've never seen anyone touch the 180s
