I'd say Adonis got 240 on the biceps development, but it's possible that 240 got him on triceps and forearms, what do you think?

Now there was a lot of controversy when Adonis first posted that picture, by, you guessed it 240 himself who felt threaten... he claimed Adonis had photoshopped his arms to make them bigger and spent a lot of time looking at that photo with a magnifying glass!

thats not a fair shot, TA's right arm is at least an inch bigger than his left...you need another shot form the other side to compare

ahh no.  I have 6-inch wrists.  monster skinny arms.  Here they are busting the tape with me at 203 pounds, about 4 minutes ago

 Hey SgtD at least his tat no matter what it is is VISIBLE and doesnt need a 'branded' one. Hahahahaha! WooHoo! Sorry it isnt a 'gang symbol'.

 I say 240 got him on forearms and triceps...TA's arms are photoshopped but other pics of TA's arms shows decent bicep development.

 TA looks like a Hobbit of The Shire with the pug nose bug eyes and cheesy greasy haircut.

thanks.  dieting not so well - I think I started too quick and caught a bug.  Despite those brutally fat pics of me out there, i have a pretty fast metab and can drop fat pretty quickly.  I tend to get a bit stringy tho.


And for the record - I give the edge for bis, tris, AND forearms to TA.  :)
