Just curious if anyone has tried it for PWO carbs.
I saw a box in the supermarket for about $3 so I decided to try adding it to the PWO shake. 4tbs gives you 32 carbs (I also dumped in 3tbs of Gatorade for another 39 carbs).
The potato starch didn't add any discernable taste and seems like an economical way to add some simple carbs. Any thoughts?
