Sami - how is the diet for the NOC coming?

A lot of guys are scared of you...

 OMG   this is the first time you dont say some thing nasty on me or on my POST
well i am doing fine with my Diet+Training but as u know i have 2 things are killing me, the weather in here is like HELL and you can ask MELVIN, he is 50min away from me by plan and its like 48-50C temp. and the second thing is the long trip to NY from my home, it will take me around 24-27 hours with the time changing

 but for sure i will look better than last year and i will do my best to place good in this show.....

Hey Sami,

Where are you flying from?  It shouldnt take that long to fly from there.  4 hrs to frankfurt and 8 max to NY.  24hrs seem like a long haul big guy.

whats Up BIG Melvin   Damn what have you done to ur self man, you changed totally!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i told u befor in Saudi and i will tell u again YOU are our real Motive and what all bodybuilding about.  i will leave from Bahrain to London which is 6.5hrs then 5hrs in the airport then to NY which is i dont know but last year it toke me 13hrs to L.A    total  24.5hrs from home to L.A  
how long dose it take from London to NY??

I disagree, for his proportions he looks pretty wide, remember not everyone is 270+ like Cutler, Coleman and Ruhl.

But, I think Melvin can reach that level of mass someday and need to fight against these big boys.
