Training of pro BB
« on: July 31, 2006, 09:55:38 AM »
Before I satart would like to thank to those who gave their opinion on my "leg training" post.

Recently I've seen Coleman, Rhul and Levrone's, training video! I've also seen some training videos of some powerlifters, and after analyse their routines, I reach the conclusion that Coleman, Rhul and Levrone's training are more complete and still, these guys are not less strong than the powerlifters. Ronnie and Markus could easiliy enter in Strong man and make a good figure, with a super massive and cut physic. Where do you think that the tue line that separates these 2 sports is stablished? Actually Marius Pudzi looks like a BB and is the PL champion!!!!

I agree with tou, but also the meals, and the intensity of each set is different, my opinion!
I am telling this cause I train to look like a BB but I am competing as a PL, and I am doing well, I only prepared mysel 40 days ago for 2 contests and my body looks much better than these guys!

most bbers have been power lifters i.e. Ronnie Coleman, Johnnie Jackson and Garrett Downing to name a couple. powerlifting and bbing  are really close related sports. to get the base down.  most bbers use powerlifting movements i.e squats, bench  and deads before moving to more bbing movements i.e. shaping exerises.
