Brutal ownage at work

Ha ha.. Just had some fat guy at work tell me that I shouldnt be eating chicken and potato this early (11am) because "my metabolism hasnt started yet".. I asked him to explain this and he told me that the body's metabolism doesnt start until around midday. I nearly choked on my food.. After I gave him a lesson in simple nutrition he said nothing as he headed outside for a coffee and a smoke.. ha ha ha I love it when these losers try to tell you how to eat when their diet consists of coffee, cigarettes and McD's  :D

You should have had him write you up a new diet plan, posted it here with his pic from your camera phone, and let us all mock him.  Then, send him the link where he can see his name/pic, his terrible diet, and the many witty getbig insults.

Your all-you-can-eat buffet dinner "revision" too!
Case in point, most of us at some time have subscribed to one diet fallacy or another.

Sort of like the parable in the Bible where the slave-owner pardons the slave his debt, yet this same slave later demands payment from his peer and refuses clemency.

yeah, I was quite the fast food guru back then.  lived on the road and certainly knew many of the McD girls by name :)  And the buffet, that was like a godsend.  However, after a few dozen public whippings on getbig, I saw the error of my ways.  As should the redhead ponytailed cubicle lunchtime guru that works with the good Dr Spock :)

There is a fat lady up here who always tells me i'm going to get fat by eating 6 meals a day...i eat chicken and veggies while she eats taco cabana or wendy's every day...

People come up to me and ask me all these questions about nutrition, but when the bagels come in the morning they pour on the cream cheese like its icing on a cake. Know full well that I tell them, hey you might want to lay off the bagels....fcuking fatties want to ask you questions and then they go nuts when someone says that they brought back some fudge from germany..... eat up fatties

im not, but if you had a clue you would know that several people posting in this thread has a "weight problem" (and im not talking about too much muscle mass) yet they claim to be disgusted by fat, avoid mcdonalds as the plague etc

well it just doesnt make sense...
