What bodyfat are pro's when they are onstage?

This is serious now, no Jim quinn/felx wheeler 0.0% jokes please.

I think it was Lee who said they are between high 3 to low 4%.
In another thread melvin said he's alredy 4% at 261.

Its all just guess work on their parts.. Truthfully only a rare few bodybuilders have gotten as low as 3% (e.g. Munzer). The norm is 4-5%.. And measuring with a calipers means Jack Sh*t!!

I heard that once in a time there was a bodybuider who got tested at 0.0% BF. Anyone know who this bodybuilder is and where he was tested?

calipers are flawed because they measure surface fat(?) you actually need to have a certtain degree of fat for your organ to live. they say as low as you can get is like 2.8%BF without dying. now ronnie said he has done the dunk tank and read at 0 i do beleive but who knows.
calipers are a good judge of where you are at with your dieting but they are not concrete numbers. but what do i know.

Perhaps.  I actually did the math at the time, as it seemed melvin jumped a LOT of muscle weight with the chad. And, it's newsworthy when a pro gives a BF% number, cause we love to quote them on it.

240, Yeah thats what prompted me to start this thread, seeing melving post thats hes 260 plus at 4%, the fact that he later deleted the post sums it up.

Yes Jim Quin did a skinfold measurement on Flex Wheeler at golds gym Venice, and it was the lowest bf ever recorded.
0,0 % percent bodyfat. that's insane.. maybe he is not really into fat foods?

But Flex test seems to be valid...
So our theory is, Flex was dead!!!!!
Flex is the only DEAD bodybuilder to win 12 pro shows!!! and off course he would had low bodyfat...after he didnt had to eat at all!!!! Thats why the ninjas didnt kill him...he was already dead!!!!! The same is valid for the car accident...
