He did mention "spotting" in his calves. He even said Shawn knew about it, and that was why shawna was making a fuss about implants. He knew there were no implants, but he wanted attention drawn to the area.

Flex wrote in his book that he used synth many times.. specifically in dozens of locations in minute amounts so that it wasn't obvious yet as a whole would make everything that much fuller so it wasn't obvious. His rear/side delts were probably the most noticeable near the end of his "mass" battles with Ronnie.

His arms looked very abnormal like blown up balloons. As far as his physique he was one of the biggest guys there is. Not because of his weight because other guys have tons of extra weight but in the wrong places. All these mass monsters have 4 or 5 extra inches of waist anyway so what good is that? Flex's arms, and legs were HUUGE and so were his shoulders. Back was great though not the biggest.

Yeah - along with every other drugs these guys take. Steroids are illegal, synthol is illegal [on the bodybuilding stage] Flex just happen to get away with his synthol use 'cause he actually looked good using it.

Flex never mentions injecting synthol in his book. Just talks about duretics and steriods. However he obviously did in his calves, delts, tris and biceps. He was also a big esceline user.
