the gustavo/jay version is bullshit...its like a 'side-arms' pose. its also stupid when theylean forward and stick their asses out too.
the correct way is a true 'side-chest' like what arnold, ferrigno, oliva, ect. did, where you expand your ribcage. no modern guys expand their ribcage anymore because if they did their midsections would spill out. they all try to hit chest shots WHILE flexing their abs, and that just doesnt work.
