Now they only actually did weight training 3 times a week but you also have to take into account that they literally ran around on the beach the rest of the day.  Monster cardio regimen.  Steve Reeves had genetics but was also very knowledgable in nutrition.  The food years ago wasn't inferior and in some cases much better.  You could eat raw eggs without salmonella, no microwave foods were around, most produce was still from local farmers. 


Don't count out the old school stuff because it will always work

I agree Vince but not about the raw eggs though; the body simply can't digest eggs raw and absorb/handle their influx of amino acids properly w/o cooking. SCrambled would be overdoing it though.

  Alex in actually in a wheel chair unable to move any part of his body other than his mouth...he uses a joystick that is connect to his computer to make his posts...the pictures that he's post are not of him but rather pictures of his boy nurse...who comes over  3 x a day to change Alex's diapers.
