some time ago in an interview, Arnold said he's still good friend with Franco columbu. In fact, Arnold said that Franco workedout with him to get in shape while he was preparing for the movie "Colatteral Damage"

True. But Arnold didn't help him that much - when he began his film career 'properly' [starting with Conan], Franco wanted to be a movie star too, but Arnold refused him any help whatsoever. At the time Franco was pretty pissed off, but he knew Arnold was just "being Arnold".
