I'm into my fourth week of juicing the end of this week, 500mg of test ethanate a week, 170 pounds 5"11 around 10-12% body fat.this week i'm starting 500mg of equipoise a week too. My strength has gone up from benching 8-10 reps with 25kgs to 6-8 reps with 42kgs, all round my strength has shot up, i eat oats, banana, natural peanut butter on 1 peice oftoat for breaskfast, with a protein drink, 6am. 10am protein drink, 1pm pasta skinless chicken breast, 2:30 pm tuna with protein drink, 5pm brown rice with a meat of some sort. 6pm training, after training carb up and have a protein drink, protein drink before bed then.I havent put on a POUND!, look better, muscles are harder, stronger but no weight?
now i know absolutely f**k all about steroids, so what kind of an increase in strength and muscle size could you expect within the first 4-6 weeks?
Its not only about the drugs but the guy himself.. I have never seen anybody that week before except for Gibber and he is not on the sause. At least I hope not.
