Usually I am a very proactive person, but Vince G in one of posts belittles the PDI athletes.Saying they about as much as a pro as I am.The diffrence between you and them Vince G is they actually have won a show, and or even a bodybuilding trophy. This is something you will never recieve, a bodybuilding trophy, even if the contest was held in Ethiopia, lol
So just for fun I want to fill Vince G's head will Hydrochlooric Acid, and have him jump up and down on a pogo stick to Polka music ,while we eggs at him , lol
My meaning behind that is brutal but correct. They are amateur athletes who have never won an IFBB pro qualifying show. Going to the Olympia to advertise for Wayne is classless in my opinion and no IFBB pro will take them seriously. Lee Priest is even worse because he knows they can't possibly beat him at the NOC and is doing a contest that presents no challenge to him.
As far as winning a trophy, if I had not weighed in twice, I actually would have won a 2nd or 3rd place trophy at the Metrolina in the heavyweight division. But I'm actually glad I was in the Middleweight which was the largest class because I didn't win a trophy and I didn't deserve one that day because I simply fucked up at the last minute. At least I didn't withdraw like a lot of competitors do when the chips are down and took my beatdown like a man. And I went back to the gym.
Let me show you something here: Here's the placings for the 2004 Metrolina
Junior - MiddleWeight
1 Jeff Yow
2 Nick Rickard
3 Mickey Mabe
4 Scott Grove
5 Andrew Neville
6 Jonathan Gooch
7 Deron Leary
8 Melvin Goodrum
Number 7 is my good buddy Deron, he didn't finish well neither at the show. After the morning show, me and him along with the rest of the crew went to TGIF's for some grub and we sat and talked about how everyone was using and that we didn't have a chance that day to win. But from that point on we all said that we weren't going to put up with this shit no more and we were going to do what we had to do to win.
Now look at Deron's record right after the 2004 Metrolina:
2003
Excalibur - South Carolina - NPC, Junior - MiddleWeight, 3rd
2004
Excalibur - South Carolina - NPC, Junior - MiddleWeight, 1st
Metrolina - NPC, Junior - MiddleWeight, 7th
2005
Palmetto Cup - NPC, Junior - MiddleWeight, 1st
2006
Metrolina - NPC, Junior - MiddleWeight, 2nd
Palmetto Cup - NPC, Junior Overall Winner
Palmetto Cup - NPC, Junior - MiddleWeight, 1st
My point to all of this is that no matter how bad you do at one show, you don't cry about it. You do something about it. He went back to the gym and did what he had to do and he's kicking people's asses on-stage.
Its my turn now and I don't plan on messing up this time. I will be bigger and better and much leaner than before. Another 7 weeks and I'll hopefully shut everyone up
