Dead Lift Routine

Looking for a good deadlift routine? I'm currently at 405 for reps but want to get to the 500s.

Do a three week cycle of some sorts.

Every third week you go superheavy.

Light week
Moderate
Superheavy (Max out)
repeat

You could do deadlifts all three weeks, or throw in deep deadlifts on the light week.

i've been doing 5x5 training ONLY on my deadlift and it's working out well.  i'm gaining about 10lbs on it every two weeks or so and have yet to hit any kinda plateau.  I do it after a good back warm up then do it til i can't move anymore weight.

Thanks. Will box squats and sumos help my deadlift?

I don't go real heavy on the sumos but concentrate on reps and form.

texasRUSH could you explain your 5x5 training?
