here is my current routine:

Monday - Chest/Bi's
flat dbell press 12x10x8x4x2
incline dbell press 10x8x4x2
decline dbell press 10x8x4x2
incline cable fly 10x8x6
flat cable fly 10x8x6
decline cable fly 10x8x6

wide grip bbell curl 10x8x6
incline dbell curl 10x8x6
close grip cable curl 10x8x6

Tuesday - Back/Tri's
pullups 3 sets
lat pulldown 10x8x6
t-bar row 10x8x6
dbell row 10x8x6
seated cable row 10x8x6
good mornings 12x10x8

skull crushers 12x10x6x4x2
weighted dips 12x10x8
seated overhead dbell press 10x8x6

Thursday - Shoulders
seated dbell press 10x8x6x2
dbell front raise 10x8x6
dbell side raise 10x8x6
bent over raise 10x8x6
dbell shrugs 10x8x6
seated cable row to neck 10x8x6

Friday - Legs
squats 12x10x8x4x2
leg extension 10x8x6
leg curl 10x8x6
standing/seated calf raise 12x10x8x6x12

i do my abs monday and thursday. i just want anyone to help me make some changes to this, specifically for my chest and back. all other changes or comments are cool too. just trying to gain mass back i lost since i got outta high school 3 years ago. was 195 lbs now 175 lbs

When you work your chest on day 1 your also works your tri.  and day 2 when your working your back your limited because you hit your bi's the day before.

I do monday hams/cardio tues. back.calves.forearms/cardio wed chest.abs/cardio thursday just cardio friday quads/cardio Sat shoulder traps and back/cardio and Sunday arms/cardio

I'm cutting for nationals that is way so much cardio
