this guy is supposidly a 14 time mr. japan. Check out his form...note the preacher curls and cable rows...how the fuk is this guy not a quadriplegic by now.

just watch the video...i guarantee atleast a chuckle (look at his 13 inch arms with no triceps...lol monster king kamali syndrom)

I've seen allot worse. Makes you want to go offer some advise, but I usually just let it go and if I'm training anybody I'll tell them to notice what not to do and how to hurt yourself. The guy just needs someone to show him technique so He'll get the most results and stop all that swinging.
