his arms last year were to small for his torso....he brought them up. his conditioning looks off for 6 weeks out though. wide waist....but no gut. if he comes in shredded, i see him beating dexter like in 2004.

needs a bit more lat width also.

He can still perform a semi-vacuum but he def has a gut, it's been bad the past year or two, if he can fix that then he should get a well deserved top 3 spot.

Looks like crap. His arms look small now. Back is just horrible. Maybe he will look great come O time but I doubt it. Some of these guys can use the insulin/gh combo longer than others without turning shit.

Chris Cormier Who never look good weeks out ( waterlogged)
No separation, etc.... But look great on stage. They loose allot of sub Q
water in the last 24 hours, and look great on the day of the show.
*** Opposite would be Dex.. Looks great leading up to the show, but not too much difference on stage. ( maybe because he stays so close )
to competition shape all year.

Gustavo looks like shit run over twice and his arm-torso combination is almost as bad as King Kamali's - barrel shaped torso, with a weak back and arms dwarfed by the ugly torso (a la Art Atwood). If he shows up at the Olympia with the same proportions minus the water and fat, he just kicked himself out of the top 4, maybe top 6 easy

I think the best physiques were in the Haney era. Haney's not my favorite cause I don't like his chest and abs. Bannout definately one of my favorites.

I realise that Gustavo will look much better with the condition.

But the waist is wider.

What are they gonna do? Put a corset on him 24/7?

Remove a couple of ribs? Do a 240 or Bust (remove a foot or two of intestines)?

No.

Gustavo has greatly improved his arms. And I'm sure he won't have any problem whatsoever with his gut this year. But he's widening. Losing his taper.

If it due to excessive use of slin, or other substances, I have no idea. But he's getting blockier by the minute.

And is pwned by any comparison to the Lebanese Lion.

come on man..he is 6 weeks out and these pros are known to get in ripped condition even in the shortest time possible..i think badell is looking as if he wants to come in bigger than last year and i think so he looks spot on..he looks thick and but no gut..pecs are looking and his arms are looking thick as hell and i know big bad badell will be in the best condition..lay of the crack pipe man and open up your eyes...gus is looking awesome and a possible top 5 finish is guranteed or maybe even second
