i know but the point i was trying to make is that there is something different about their coffee because i don't get all wired on it like you should with 300-400mg. of caffeine just a real peaceful energetic feeling, it's weird.

hahahaha, i don't really consider myself a real Starbucks customer because i only get their most basic cheapest coffee for only a little bit more than what you'd pay at 7 Eleven or McDonalds and it's a lot better, shit it's only a buck fifty, anyway i know what you mean about those pink D ball's.

Yea...thats what I want to hear. I dont like being nice to the TOOLS that 'work at' or frequent a StarBucks. Ever notice the tools who 'work' at Starbucks who want to give you the impression that they dont actually ACTUALLy work there...they're really up and comming bigtime about to make millions and revolutionize the world with their extreme talent in acting, filmmaking, film directing, film producing, poetry, comic book penciling, inking, tracing, writing, playwriting and painting but are at StarBucks in that gay apron with their 11inch arms with the ugly tatoos with the patchouli oil stink all over them with the retarded Lisa Loeb glasses on with the big stud in their earrlobes and tounge ring and ratted up hair because they are just simply killing time just chilling out 'volunteering' because they want to.

I cant stand knobs like that...you see them all over Belmont/Clark by The Alley, sarcasm...you know where...the jerks with the black wool turtlenecks with the black pants/combat boots in 90degree weather sitting in Starbucks reading Edgar Allen Poe.

Yeah can't say that I have the same experience. I usually drink the venti coffee though. So I end up working out like I'm on pcp and then I spend the rest of the day feeling like I'm kicking a heroin habit.

400 mgs is a nice dose. It's about a grande, and when I can hold myself to two no-dose I enjoy it, not to intense and the comedown is manageable.

Thanks player...I just try to keep my pimp hand STRONG and keep it REAL in here.

I train at XS-Elston( Wilson/Elston Ave ) a couple nights a week and Pumps Gym (43rd st/Dan Ryan exit ) a couple nights as well.

Once in a while I'll go to World Gym (Irving/Harlem) or even Lance's Gym (Archer/Ashland). It all depends on training partners, bodypart, time of day or any other factor...
