Well, 5'8 and 195 was considered fat by some, considering the fact that she had no belly. Tyra banks is considered fat now by modeling standard...

5-8, 195...unless she was just plain sloppy, she might qualify as a 'big girl'...meaning overweight, but sturdy and carries it well enough to not be embarrassed if you did hook up with her.
