shoes are comfy as all hell, but absolutely suck for deadlifting, etc, I feel like I am bouncing up and down. Time to go back to the old Nike 20s

They are great. I where my Jordans all the time to the gym and deadlift fine.

Ah hahahahaha! This BALL BAG read Dave Henrys collumn in the last MD and ran out and got a pair of them...hahahahaha! Probably starts his chest workout now with Hammer Incline Presses...hahaha...proba bly uses Leucik and Gacik.

In the last MD, Dave Henry wrote about how he loves to train in Nike Shox...and even joked about how he should get an endorsement check if sales increase because he is mentioning it...as if anybody besides BB's who usually train in work boots or combat boots(if they're AnimalPak kind of guys) or barefoot...

Sure enough this sphincter runs out and gets a pair of Nike Shox...hahahaha! I bet he does rack deadlifts in his back workout and does rest pause reps now...

I am sick and down to 218 pounds at 6'4". I should of stayed consistant with this training program but I kept switching back to volume cause thats how I always trained. Anyways only time will tell now.
