That's nothing! I know a guy who can can do seated behind-the-neck presses with 500 lbs for 5 reps! Easy.

Yes.

I would say it's a toss up between Savickas and Rezazadeh. Savickas dominates the "true" World Championships in Strongman, the Arnold Classic.

And of course, Reza is in a league of his own in weightlifting, saw a footage of him doing a double in the front squat with 611 lbs, and it was very easy.

Because the Hummer Deadlift is another name for the old Coin deadlift, where the barbell is placed slightly higher, and the competitor is allowed to use straps.

As Zach said, but I would say there is more than a "little" difference.  I doubt Zavikas would be able to pull 900 lbs in a standard deadlift although he is SUPER strong. 

I think Savikas is one of the strongest men in the world (if not #1) when it comes to "slow" strength (i.e. brute strength).

Savickas has pulled 882 lbs in competition with an IPF barbell, totalled 2403 lbs.
Also has pulled 705 lbs for 10 reps, which is totally fcuking sick.

He would probably pull 900 or maybe even more with the Oakie barbell, if he would try it in a competition.

Mason, if you're doing a push & pull meet at the Olympia Weekend, I think Savickas would be awesome to see there.

We are just doing a raw bench meet.  We do expect Siders to be there amongst others.  We will have the main stage for about an hour and a half on Friday.  It should be a heck of a show with nearly $15000 in cash and prizes (the bulk in cash) up for grabs. 

Ok, so I was proven out in the sense he has not pulled 900 lbs in competition.  As for the bar making a big difference I will have to ask some of the guys their opinion.  We just added Donnie Thompson to our team and he is one strong mofo.

The Oakie bar def. makes a difference.  My favorite bar to deadlift with is the one Gus uses in the WABDL.  It's made by MAC barbell in Texas.
