After trying my best to get their image sizes right, it looks like daddywaddy's arms are pretty damn close.

I don't know, I think there's probably a bigger margin of difference between 16" inch arms and 22" arms.

Frank definitely has the forearms won. The other guy has good bicep development though but not quite as good as Frank's.
