Anybody who knows anything about bodybuilding can tell you have plenty of muscle and that you need to lose probably about 50-60lbs to look good, but not quite contest good. I know what you're talking about re: your rare and sporadic use of gear. Like most say, you should get closer to 10-12% BF before doing your first cycle. From the pic, I'd say you are closer to 26-28%BF. So losing 15% of 300 =45lbs before juicing would be a good idea. But I have no doubt you'll great after losing the weight and hitting the juice button.
Arvilla, can u post a recent pic so we can see if you remained lean, got fat again, or are somewhere in between?
