Dexter's structure is sooooooooooooo not better it's unbelievable!!!!!!

He has no chest to back thickness and high lats with inverted abs and no calves. Shawn Ray looks perfect.
If everyone was 5.6 Shawn would be 12 time Mr O!!

This is a hard one to judge...before this i never thought much of Shawn, but looking at the pics Shawn was bad ass!!!! I think Shawn has him in the thigh deparment and calves, and Dex has high lats from the front that make it look weird in the front double bi....but we gotta remember that conditioning has alot to do with winning nowadays, and no won can get peeled with no skin like the blade!!!!!!!! In alot of the pics of shawn u see how "soft he looks"....Me i give it to the blade for more size and better conditioning

Honestly,Chris is better than Shawn
And Chris make good fighting against Dexter when he is on.And their level is almost same.
But,When Chris is on,Shawn is destroyed completely.Dexter is not.

Dex is more muscular than shawn and usually has better condition. As for shape I would say Dexter wins also.

am i the only one that thinks dexters abs are horrible?hes got just as much distention as anyone else.look at his pictures over the years and see how the abs started seperating in the middle over those years.i remember when i first started to notice it about 3 years ago and i was thinking" c'mon dex give it up withthat shit" but it gradually got worse and worse.how pwoplwe think hes got some of the best in the business is beyond me

Shawn has lats that are not as high, a shorter and better shaped (not inverted) torso, and better thigh sweep (plus better calves).

show us some comparisons showing dexter's superior shape.

It did, but it's true. Cormier, Flex, Ronnie and Shawn are the ultimate quadrilogy of awesome muscle fullness. Guys today are so dry and hard they don't look as full and shapely as the 90s guys.

In Dexter's side tri his no chest is clearly visible.
