The Blade stopped in for a visit just days after he started his contest prep for the upcoming Olympia. He talked about why he decided to do the Olympia this year, his training and cardio for the event and some of his fellow competitors, including Ronnie, Jay, Gustavo and Branch. Dexter also discussed the Arnold Classic, newcomer Phil Heath and his experiences with Muscletech in the past vs. Met Rx now. without listening to the show I guarantee he will say those exact words : " For the olympia, I plan on comming at about 5 pounds heavier but much fuller and leaner than ever before! Joe McNeil found exactly what works for my body and I'll be at my best ever comes the O !"

Hope he can grow a few inches - the year of the big men are back - he should sit it out and concentrate on defending his title against Phil at the 2007 Arnold. If he has a bad showing like other short bodybuilders recently < trend>  then he will be behind the eight ball headed into the Arnold. Lean or not , The Big men have shape and that was Dexter's Ace and has not worked with the Blocky Jay and Belly Ronnie and Wide Gustavo. This is not his show -

He needs to save something for the Arnold so we can see a great show down between him and Phil

the one good thing about HArdbody radio is that they spend nearly the entire show talking to their guest. It works against you if you don't give two figs about the person featured, but at least you can choose to skip the episode  ;D
