I don't know how to use photoshop (laura does somewhat)
the only pictures i have photoshopped are on my web-site (quite obvious that they are altered)
I'm taking a lot of flack about photoshopping because of my avatar( a Get-Big member did it for me)
in that pic I'm around 230 lbs (my current weight)
all pictures of me are unaltered (except my avatar)

Dude, even your photoshopped physique sucks. Give it up already. Your genetics are worse than Vince Goodrums. You look like you curled for 20 years longer than you squatted. Your triceps/front delts must be really strong because it's obvious your chest isn't getting any stimulation from benching. You are all shoulders and arms. That's it. A saggy, gynoed chest, no back to speak of, toothpicks for legs, no calves, and worst of all, NO ABS. There are 1000 homeless guys sleeping on the streets of New York City with better physiques.
