I told King on Mon that I wanted him onstage at 243. He weighed 242 this morning at 6 am. So, by 2 pm he shuould be exactly 243. I did no crazy carb up on him. He will be 13 pounds lighter with a tighter waist and very sharp. the home work is done. The rest is up to the judges.

Been drying people out for over 15 years.  I have had plenty of sucess and do this more as a hoby allthough I do charge.  I have dried out guys for the USA this year and wil for the N. American.
