I just finally got to see the Arnold and I was wondering, did anyone hear Dexter say that he only works out 3 times a week with a couple of cardio days?

Absolute Genetic freak! but cocky too. Standing a whopping 5'6 next to ronnie and jay he looks small. Hes and awesome bodybuilder but when it comes down to it, the O is a muscle contest. Unfortunatlly there are bigger guys who are just as ripped . To make claims that he can win it is crazy! U aint gonna win it homie!

Man, the point is 3 days a week! Damn! It is pretty obvious, I don't know if I should hate the player or the game! If he is bieng honest, it is incredible that he can carry that sort of size and definiton on that regimine and I don't care what and how much gear he runs.

Yep, Jim Quinn determined this at Gold's... least amount of cardio on record! And if Quinn verifies it, I believe it dammit!

Bill was with Dexter the last 3 4weeks leading upto to the contest, and measured his contest to be 0.0%, Jim Quinn can verify this.

I just received a call from Billy Smith who was in fact measuring Dexter's cardio level recently and by his account, Dexter does 0.00% cardio and to make matters more interesting, Jim Quinn emailed me claiming that he witnessed it all take place.

Dexter and Vince Taylor say they do next to know cardio...Vince actually stated he does none at all....However it was reported that both of these guys have cardio equipment at their residence.....Believe what you will....

Dexter only started doing cardio a year ago for contest prep....True story as I do live along the gulf coast with him.......
