the other day i was watching there training clips and damn they train so damn fast its crazy...damn i have never seen any one train that fast and intense..is there any name to that type training..they both train faster than coleman and equally intense.my fuckin gym instructor always tells me to go slow and concentrate on my contractions.so does this warren and jackson style of training really help in building muscle.damn their rep speed are like crazy fast...i have never seen any one train that fast..and they don't even have sloppy form..most of the guys who train that way have sloppy form.they both have decent form with lighting speed..wow
force = mass * velocityit makes sense to rep as fast as you can, without letting momentum take over or injuring urself. i don't believe slow repping has done shat for me over the years.
I have nothing against lifting explosively but if you ever saw JOJ do barbell curls with 225 you would agree that the line between working the muscle and cheating your way through the entire movement has been crossed. However I will say that it doesn't seem to hurt his development.
force = mass * velocity acceleration
Is it THAT sloppy?
I have som pics of them training and posing together in a magazine called body (swedish). Ill post the pics later (kinda tired).
heres that video of warren incline bench pressing like a maniac...wowhttp://ironvideos.com/view_clip.php?id=14
and branch has torn almost every muscle in his body why?
he didn't lock out a single rep and the way he's arched that's more like a flat bench, horrible form
but that works for him though and yes warrens chest is bigger than yours..as long he is big and ripped he can use wat ever form he wants to..and yes that form was not horrible jackass
