Those are all good, but the "How about that?" & the "How do you beat that?" phrases are insane.  I just finished watching the Jonnie Jackson video with 100 lb side laterals and I counted 49 "How about that?" 's & 7 "How do you beat that?"

"how about that" and "eh, alright" make up the bulk of my daily interaction too. It's tough coming up with new reactions to the boring crap people tell you.
