He said he will diet 5 weeks for the O and that is it. Even if he shows up like a wining material; will the judges give it to him now that they know how long he dieted? Keeping in mind Jay and Ronnie prepare for the O a whole year!!!

Over the past years I have realized that the words and pix over the boards really effect judging. Even comments by others (Ex-Mr. Os) really effect what the judges are looking for.

I think Victor get a gift at the last O just cause Coleman and Yates said so.

If you got the result, it doesnt matter what you did.

And I saw many winner doing the 50% or less efort of what losers do.

seriously, what is your point? Dexter prepares all year also. He just doesn't need to diet down for a long period as he keeps his BF relatively low. Jay and Ronnie add mass during the offseason and so need to diet down for a longer period time.

If that is all he needs to diet down and he can come in 2005 ASC form but a bit bigger and even harder it certainly is a possiblity. Of course Ronnie would also have to be off his A- game too.

I say Dexter has a shot because Jay has actually beaten Ronnie IMO at the 2001 Olympia and Dexter has beaten Jay. So Dexter can "theoretically" step up to Ronnie.

Its a shock but if you stay in shape all year, train hard, eat right, and cycle right you can diet for only 5 weeks and come in at a 100 percent. Dexter has done in 7 weeks before. Jay eats clean all year, bet he could realistically do it in 5 weeks. Cycling all year comes into play also..............

In 2002 he dieted 8 weeks but he was ready 6 weeks out
