Will the statement effect the judging regardless of how he looks. Dexter always looks great and he is a Mr. O Material. But will the judges judge disregarding this statement or will it influence their judging keeping in mind a guy who prepared 5 weeks compared to a guy who dieted all year around.

Well arnold train for like 5 minutes for the 1980 Mr O and won. Levrone was tiny 10 weeks out of the 2002 Mr O and came second.
Guys like Dennis James train year round for this one show and don't do any better than the guys who take half the year off.
Dexter trains year round too, he just only CUTS for like 5 weeks or whatever. You must understand this. He is still training the rest of the time, just not cutting, right?!
It's not like they'll think 'oh he's lazy lets mark him down because of this thing I read he said on the internet'..
