kamali's training clip was the most pathetic that i've ever seen by a pro or amateur. (not counting the japanese dude on here like a month ago).

he was using partial reps on a smith machine while getting a spot on every rep. by the way, he only had 3 plates per side.

his calf training? no wonder his calves suck.

I think he is copying Arnold who loved criticism because it made him try harder. I told him in my house in 74 that he would never make it as an actor. He smiled and said that talk made him more determined to succeed.

I guess we now have an obligation to pull out all the stops and really bag Kamali and that will motivate him like never before to really train hard.
