Hah, seriously guys, don't believe his bullshit about criticism driving him. 

It took very little for him to throw a tantrum on the board.  Even a small polite comment about any deficiency and he'd cry like a baby here and at mayhem.   He left because he couldn't handle any comments that weren't 100% positive.

 I honestly believe King wouldnt know what to do if he was forced to train alone. I think THAT would be the only thing that would make him 'retire' or quit training for good.

 I never seen any training footage of him where he didnt have at least 9 spotters.

 On another note...

Lee's back was ridiculous!  As far as Kamali, I can't imagine training for the Olympia and being so bitter about a few "computer nerds with their pens and pencils" and thanking all the "bucktoothed jackasses" for his motivation to train.

Don't get me wrong....I like Ron Coleman & think he's super human not only in strength but in size......

but he's got to have some of the worst form & lifting technique I've seen.
