Backlash: Straight to Video

According to the newet issue of Flex magazine, K Lo's long anticipated Holywood debut Backlash is slated for release straight to dvd this October.

The article also mentioned his next movie role is in an independent film entitled Redline which will "probably" be released in 2007.

can't wait . . .

Yeah. They also said it was to be released back in January of this year. I hope they keep the October release. I've been wanting to see it outta sheer curiosity.

I heard he was this close to getting a lead role in the Davinci Code, X3 and Pirates of the Carribean.

His chances were blown when, while reading his CV, the producers asked him what MMM stood for.

I don't think that renting a video camera and having someone film you the back yard can technically considered an independent film...but I could be wrong

is anyone surprised that backlash went straight to video? I surprised that it didn't go straight to VCR Tapes.
