So I wonder do you think Ron slipt Brian a Mill or two when he won the 4-5 O?

probably. Ronnie is known for being a really nice guy and Brain had given him the moviation and free membership so Im sure Ronnie hooked him up. plus he buys stuff for Metroflex all the time.

I have not been at the gym personaly however I have seen all the movies and I agree it looks "rusty" but it has a lot of charm, and I could choose I would train in a gym similar to metroflex.
And I don't agree with you that Ronnie has not given Brian "something", I have heard that Ronnie is extremly generous and I cannot believe that he did not gave Brian some form of "repayment" for everything he did for him.

Metroflex is one the hardest of the hardcore iron dungeons left  - Dobson keeps serious lifters in that gym and had made a name for himself before Ronnie joined on. Branch trains there also - I wonder if him and Ronnie ever split sets together. But I bet Ron prolly takes Dobson out to the Black Eyed Pea for some off season steak and french fries.

metroflex stays busy becuase of its atmosphere. alot of pros train there.. branch, ronnie, sometimes johnnie jackson and quincy taylor. it costs $30  a month to train there with no AC in 100 degree weather. it actually feels better outside then it does in there. its funny is you will see rich business men pull up in porshes etc to workout there. they  all train there becuase of the people and  i guess becuase its "hardcore".

Absolutely.  No one goes there to run their mouth or to look pretty or to 'be seen' (*cough*VeniceGold's*cough*).  People go to Metroflex to WORK THE F*** OUT!  It's no frills, no bullshit.  They aren't obsessed with trying to sell memberships or supplements - they keep it simple and that still counts for something in this world.  If that's what you're looking for, go to 24-hour Fitness, because Metroflex don't need ya.
