It's a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off split. Everything hit 2x in 8 days, so basically you have a wkA and wkB and then back to wkA. I think this will be a nice change for a while gonna give it a whirl.

I'm thinking 10-12 sets per session for back, chest, and quads, 8-10 for bi's, tri's, shoulders and hams. I haven't decided where I'll put calves and abs in yet but I'll fit them in there somewhere.
Not really looking for any ground breaking advice, just thought I'd post this up...so go ahead and rip this apart or give any thoughts
