Big Scott just came in a few minutes ago with Flex Lewis on the phone. Great news, The Whales bodybuilding championship just ended a few minutes ago and Flex won the entire show Overall and all!
Now on with the British in a few weeks.

Kid is good,conditioning is good,some of those shot's esp side leg is grainy,good future.but it is tough over here with some tough competition.

Flex has always had pro calibre legs, even as a teenager. There is nothing different to them, its the rest of his body that has vastly improved
