Ken owned Bas Rutten - the King of Pancrase - when they fought in just over a minute with a beautiful submission. His skills were showcased brilliantly back then, he just happened to grow old in a time when a prime Kern Shamrock would have handled himself very well. He has adapted his skills as good as he could have through the years, he was never a big puncher but his striking in his 40's was better than anything he had shown before then
