I could just spider bidrent.com (aka: steal all their content) and use the same software I've got on my sitebeater.com (pump the bidrent content into that structure) and you'd have your site up in no time!
No data is safe when I'm around.
hmmmm... I think I'll stick to the concepts me and my team have for this site. Yes it will be similar to bidrent.com. My site will have more interactive features, and ofcourse there will be a fee in place to list your rental properties.
The whole concept is that both the renter and the landlord benefit. The renter benefits by being able to bid on a rental that he/she is interested. If that person really wants the place bad enough, they will out bid everyone else's bid to get that property. Remember when a renter is placing a bid, they have to bid how much they could actually pay per month on rent. So I.e. if a landlord lists a rental for $900 a month and gets multiple bids. And the highest bidder bids $975, then both the renter and the landlord benefit.. Landlord gets more money per month then he was asking for and the renter gets a place they really wanted. It does not get any better then that..
I will also apply this not just to apartment rentals, but to time shares, houses, condo's, and commercial and retail properties. If I had the chance to bid on some office space that I really wanted, sure id put in a good bid. And if I had office space that I needed to rent out, and I found out that there was a site like mine where I could list my rental and potentially make more then my asking rental listing price. Then sure I would be all over that site.. It will take abit for people to grasp the concept, but its no different then renting out software etc.. Which I also plan on including on my site

Cause why limit myself to just residential and commercial rentals, when my site title ebidrentals pertains to all rentals.. Basically anything that rents I can have listed on my site!
Holla at your boy!
