I do have thick legs from the side thigh, i just need to develop my frontal quads more, everything else is there it just needs more size

and in the 2nd pic you can see that when my condition is good my seperation comes out better, and even a bit of striation. I just have to get my diet right..

I didn't delete the post, Matt.  From what I understand is that you tested positive at a show and whether I got the event wrong or not, its not cool.  If you're going to juice, that's no problem, but don't get onstage at a drug-free tested event. 


As far as your problems at the Musclemania, yes doing a photo-shoot the day before for 4 hours would burn up the glycogen in your body and leave you a bit flat.   but you also didn't use enough posing oil obviously.  It would have brought more detail out and you may have faired better


And what you did posting that type of info on Rob is inexcusable.  You took a personal beef and went after his family posting all that shit.  Why would you do something so fucked up.


In any case, I can tell you right now your website is not going to do well.  You might get a few ads but that's it.  You'd be better off setting up a fitness-related business or something.
